Marketing Assistant

Moran Family of Brands, an automotive franchisor, is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing efforts of our franchisees and and will work closely with the marketing team to assist in implement marketing strategies that will drive growth and revenue. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with franchisee support as needed by pulling marketing reports and coordinating details with franchisees
  • Source and schedule social media content for all Moran and franchisee pages
  • Update Moran and franchisee websites and digital listing as needed
  • Maintain blog and press library internally and on social pages on a weekly basis
  • Respond to customer interactions on Social and review platforms (like Facebook & Google)
  • Order in store materials for new and existing stores as needed
  • Monitor internal print portal and update content as needed
  • Assist with digital advertising monitoring & updates
  • Assist with off-site events as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency in all marketing efforts
  • Support the marketing team with other tasks as needed

Experience Desired:

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Knowledge with Adobe creative suite a plus

Salary: $40,000/year
