Spicer's is seeking an experienced and results-driven Parts Sales Associate to join our team. Parts Salesperson Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision
• Experience in retail sales environment including cashier experience
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quota
• Expert in time management and personal organization
• Ability to work flexible hours and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn about new items and procedures quickly
• Computer and Internet savvy
• Ability to adhere to work schedule and be a dependable member of the team
• Must be available to work weekends

Parts Salesperson Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to)

• Great customers and assist them with selection of merchandise
• Display, organize, and restock products in the store
• Advise customers concerning products and services. Upsell through recommendations
• Help customers in billing and payment processes at the register
• Perform routine inventory counts and submit reports to management
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
• Prioritize and/or escalate customer questions and concerns to increase customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Carry out other store tasks as needed and instructed by management
• Continuously improve through feedback
