Clarks Landing Yacht Sales & Marina is seeking a Ship's Store Clerk to join our team at our Point Pleasant Facility. As the initial point of contact for customers, the Ship's Store Clerk will provide exceptional customer service to help customers with their purchases.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the cash register
• Identify customer needs
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and manufacturers
• Resolve customer complaints promptly
• Communicate effectively with customers and the team
• Maintain orderly displays
• Ensure inventory accuracy
• Promote a clean, safe, and environmentally friendly work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with the marine industry is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
