Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking experienced Manufacturing Technicians / Machine Operators for our client in Browns Summit. We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of relivant experience. You must be able to work days and nights, as this is a rotating schedule that switches monthly from days to nights. Temp to hire with great benefits and bonuses.

Job Duties:

• Start machines, monitor operations, and make adjustments as needed.
• Produce high quality parts and perform the necessary steps as identify by the work order.
• Inspect products to ensure that specifications are met and to determine if machines need adjustment.
• Ensure that the machine cycle is maintained.
• Inspect machinery to determine whether repairs are needed.
• Record information about work completed and machine settings.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven record of good attendance.
• At least 2 years of recent machine operation experience.
• Capable of reading and understanding work instructions and safety documents.
• Physically capable of manual lifting that includes bending and reaching. Ability to lift 50 pounds (for short bursts).

Starting pay: $17/hr. / Great benefits and bonuses once hired.

Shift: 7am-7pm Rotating 2.2.3 schedule for one month, then switch to 7pm-7am 2.2.3 rotating schedule for one month.
