Job description

Quality Assurance:

a. Provide Quality support and decision-making (24/7) to production operators regarding all facets of the manufacturing process.
b. Aid in product acceptance based on Quality standards, and product and process knowledge.
c. Gather and review data related to quality issues; provide and implement resolution to Quality concerns
d. Communicate to production operators; Quality standards set-forth by Quality Assurance (i.e. Special Condition Memos, process changes).
e. Ensure Quality Standards set-forth by Quality Assurance are maintained by production operators.

2. Facilitate team meetings and tool box meetings.

3. Communicate and coordinate production scheduling with the production team.

4. Coordinate execution of production schedules for areas.

5. Establish effective communication lines/methods; identify and solve employee problems; manage conflict

6. Manage employee and team performance:
a. Maintain written documentation on performance for each assigned production operator

b. Work with employee to develop and agree to annual Goals and Objectives
c. Review quarterly employees progress toward meeting annual Goals and Objectives – provide relevant feedback and improvement opportunities.

7. Mentor and help develop production workers.
8. Participate in new hire interviews and hiring recommendations.
9. Display leadership, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.
10. Promote and encourage self-managed team environment.
11. Work with Customer Service, and Planning, in coordinating the manufacturing of sales orders.
12. Audit and maintain safety policies and procedure"

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,674.57 - $80,625.66 per year
