Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to ensure production line delivery meets customer and internal requirements.

Phillips-Medisize is an end-to-end provider of Innovation, Development and Manufacturing Solutions serving pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device customers.


What You Will Do

  • Coordinate, direct and lead engineering efforts to ensure processes and equipment are optimized to meet customer and internal requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams including operations, quality, and safety to ensure plant goals/metrics are met
  • Provide technical support/solutions to manufacturing processes, manage to the established yield and throughput, and drive for cost reduction and optimal quality
  • Implement technical solutions to meet customer and company cost, quality, and delivery expectations
  • Create and monitor project timelines for medium-scale projects. Quote and design tools/equipment and processes
  • Functions as a liaison with project engineering, manufacturing, and the customer regarding the implementation of programs, both molding and/or secondary operations
  • Facilitate communication between customer, sales, engineering functions, outside vendors, manufacturing, and multi-divisional groups
  • Maintain cost control and profitability through interaction with the accounting group, sales, and our customers
  • Extended travel to other facilities may be required to support business needs

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field
  • 2 + years of engineering experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Evidence/Examples leading a kaizen project, A3 Methodology, and/or 6S process.
  • Experience utilizing automation to implement technical solutions to meet customer needs
  • Experience setting up Design of Experiments
  • Experience creating, reviewing, and executing validation
  • Experience using Auto-CAD or SolidWorks
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
