Employment Solutions is looking for a variety of positions to fill in the Towanda area!

Pay ranges anywhere from $17-$20/ hr and Forklift experience is a must for all candidates. These position will involve good judgement in carrying out instructions and standard procedures, so manufacturing experience is preferred. These positions will require both heavy lifting consistently, up to 75lbs, as well as maintaining paperwork and charts. Candidates must be available for all shifts.

Ideal candidates would have:

• 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Fork lift experience
• Ability to work in higher than normal heating conditions.
• Ability to Pass visual, hearing, and physical test
• Ability to Pass Powered Industrial Truck Operators Training Course
• Neat and Legible Handwriting
• Strong Attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Some of the duties will include:

• Transporting raw materials
• Operating machinery
• Quality control
• Assisting in weekly inventories
• Operating SAP systems and Microsoft programs
• Monitoring and recording for safety practices
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work space

All of the duties performed must be in full compliance with the company, state, and/or federal safety and environmental regulations at all times.
