Responsibilities

· Continuously prospecting in order to secure appointments/interviews

• Networking with individuals throughout the community
• Asking members on an ongoing basis for favorable introductions
• Engaging in personal observation through the community
• Participating in fraternal activities
• recruiting talented individuals
• training current and new financial representatives

· Work with members to provide them information about the financial services their families could utilize

· providing new financial services products

· conducting mentor-lead appointments

We are looking for an individual who has the passion and work ethic to build and manage a financial services office in Philadelphia PA. The Managing Partner in Philadelphia will report directly to the Regional Director.

Training will be provided by the Regional Director. Having your life and health license, SIE, 6,63,24 or 26 is preferred but not required. Licensing is provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
