We are currently experiencing massive growth and expansion in our Altamonte Springs office. Due to this growth, we are looking for furture leaders; a manager, or an individual with strong leadership potential to be responsible for managing policy enrollment and overseeing the sales team. The responsibilities of a manager include facilitating the professional development of the team, training, setting and monitoring sales goals, and providing customer support.

To be successful as an leader, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be passionate about providing support and motivation, and be comfortable working long hours when required. Ultimately, a top-notch manager, or manager in training, should be an exceptional leader, have good customer relations skills, and be vision and goal-driven.

Position Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and text.
  • Process customer requests and orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
  • Help customers navigate our programs and place orders both over the phone and in virtual meetings.
  • Work with customers to resolve issues and answer questions.
  • Problem solve under pressure.


Requirements


  • Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be responsive and able to work in a fast paced environment when required.
  • Detail-oriented and have the ability to follow up on tasks.
  • Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Some college or degree or business background preferred.
  • 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
  • Good problem solving and ability to think fast.
