Job Summary and Qualifications

The clinical nurse manager is a registered nurse who reports directly to the Medical-Surgical Director, and is responsible and accountable for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the daily operations of a nursing department (s). The Clinical Manager assures that the highest quality of care is provided in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, as well as other regulations that govern Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing, BSN required.
• Current unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
• Current BLS
• Current Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification preferred; required within 6 months of hire
• Current Oncology Certification preferred
• Minimum of three years’ experience in specialty
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership aptitude, competency, and qualities.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
