As a Manager in Training in the HR Department you will learn all the functions of HR Manager with a high focus on recruiting. If this is for you APPLY TODAY

Responsibilities

• Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
• Track recruitment and suggest improvements, as needed
• Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues
• Attend various meetings with sales and management to create long-term staffing, training, and recruitment plans

Qualifications

• Experience with interviewing, recruiting and training
• Previous experience working in a warehouse setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership abilities
• Bachelor or 4 years in related experience
