Hiring range: $80,000 - 98,045.57 per year.

Main Duties:

Within a team environment, the Family Engagement Manager, will perform the following responsibilities: Supervision (40%), Reporting & Training (40%), and Family & Community Partnerships (20%).

Core Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies, Social Work, Human Development or related field.
  • Experience: Two years’ experience in a social services program similar to Head Start and working in a supervisory role. Experience working with families and young children.
  • Travel: This position requires 15% of travel. Travel may involve attending meetings, trainings, CCRC sponsored events and conferences throughout the nation. Some overnight travel may be required. May use CCRC company vehicles, when available or personal vehicle and will be subject to Driver Management Policy requirements (i.e., valid California Driver’s License, automobile insurance and a clean driving record required).
  • Work Schedule: Full time exempt schedule. May require evenings and weekends.
  • Work environment: This is a hybrid work environment and will consist of working remotely and/or at headquarters’ office location. This position requires travel between San Fernando Valley and Antelope Valley.
  • Background & Health Clearance Requirements: Head Start / CCP: Criminal Records (e.g. Live Scan Fingerprinting), Child Abuse Index Check, Sexual Offender Registry, Health, Tuberculosis (TB) and Immunization clearances required.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination: Agency policy requires that all CCRC employees are fully vaccinated or have an approved medical or religious exemption.
