About the role:
The Employee Experience (EX) Manager is a highly visible and collaborative Product Management position with incredible ability to impact our organization through the advancement of a modernized employee experience. The EX-Manager will develop and execute strategies that enhance our overall employee experience across the employee lifecycle including by not limited to onboarding, engagement, internal mobility and offboarding. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Talent, this new role is responsible for enhancing our employee listening strategy by integrating employee feedback to develop more scalable, sustainable, and digitally enhanced products to enhance performance and experience. The responsibilities of this role will be to manage new and existing employee experience initiatives and drive the success of these programs through performance measurement.


Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand critical employee interactions and journeys, identifying moments that matter and developing solutions crafted to mitigate pain points and improve the employee experience.
  • With input from key stakeholders across the business including HR, IT, GBS, Facilities, Global Supply Chain, plan and execute a multi-year roadmap of programs and initiatives designed to enhance the employee experience in a growing, distributed, digital workforce.
  • As a member of the Global Talent leadership team, you will act as a strategic partner and coach in developing the muscle of employee experience and agile ways of working across Global Talent and beyond.
  • Develop and enhance end to end employee journey maps, employee personas and moments that matter and ensure integration into the development of broader talent programs.
  • This role will ensure technology and processes are in place for program execution and collection of metrics for ongoing insights reporting.
  • Realize benefits like time/cost savings, speed, agility, transparency from the program execution and delivery for the teams they influence.
  • Support the Employee Listening Strategy by working with the team to establish and execute the strategy for gathering employee feedback (harmonized across functions), analyzing and translating results into actionable insights.
  • Keep abreast of Employee Experience and Engagement trends and sharing with other Talent and HR colleagues.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders to create deployment plans and internal employee experience communications; ensuring product capabilities are positioned for successful adoption across the company.
  • Manage and groom a product backlog; Participate in and lead digital product activities (scrums, stand-ups, design reviews, sprint planning, etc.); Translating and documenting requirements.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 or more years of progressive increase of responsibility in developing programs and initiatives designed to drive employee engagement.
  • Given the level of collaboration across the enterprise, the person in this role will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in working across regions, divisions and functions with an understanding of the different business environments and cultural norms.
  • Well-versed in modern digital technologies, with proficiency in applying Design Thinking and Agile methods to identify and deliver value through digital products.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to actively listen and translate employee and business challenges into strategic HR product opportunities.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a HR, TM, OD, Marketing, Business or other related fields is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated passion for championing new employee engagement ideas, can think strategically and has demonstrated strong project management and execution skills — all focused on helping improve our employee experience.
  • Natural leader and community-builder, with skills influencing across leadership levels, bringing a group to consensus, and inspiring enthusiasm.
  • Strategic mindset and bias for action with expertise in strategic planning and driving business outcomes.
  • Comfort leaning into complexity and ambiguity to create clarity and vision.
  • Direct work experience or education in product management would be highly beneficial.
