Description & Requirements

The Omni Growth Intelligence team’s mission is to drive the continuous identification and development of omnichannel solutions- providing KHC with a robust- sustainable- and data-driven growth engine. The Omni Business Analytics team’s responsibility is to drive decisive insights to action for various stakeholders by developing robust forward-looking analytics solutions and capabilities to answer difficult omnichannel business questions. The Omni Business Analytics team works very closely with Sales- Finance- Content- Media- and Category Management groups within the North America zone.

This Manager will be cross-functional strategist- leader- and product owner for the broader Omnichannel Customer Growth team. This person will enable organization wide analytics capabilities and solutions by spearheading the maintenance- advancement- and futureproofing of our omni data ecosystem. This individual will inspire confidence and data excellence- drive deep understanding- and facilitate further integration of our products tools and systems for the organization at large.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision- mission- and purpose as well as the day-to-day governance of the Data Excellence committee focused on laying the future automation- integrity- and foundation of our omnichannel data ecosystem; includes overseeing the optimization and governance of our current data ecosystem

  • Ensure that current and future omnichannel data products- tools and solutions are meeting the needs of the business and being leveraged to the fullest potential

  • Lead the data democratization efforts of omnichannel data products- tools and solutions to net-new users and groups

  • Product owner of the eCommerce market share dataset ensuring proper data ingestion and cleansing as well as forward-looking customer insight and executive communications

  • Own efficiency building and maximization of the strategic business relationships with key consumption and digital shelf data providers

  • Manage and partner with contractors and cross-functional teams in pursuit of a variety of key projects- tasks- and objectives such as executing technical data engineering core processes or integrating and training the organization on a new tool or solution

  • Assist and guide broader OCG and Business Analytics initiatives such as Perfect Screen by providing analytical and strategic thought leadership & critical perspective

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in an Analytics- Business Intelligence- or a related field (Note: Consumer Packaged Good and/or eCommerce experience are preferred)

  • Strong proficiency in Business Intelligence tools like Excel- Tableau and PowerBI to visualize/present data

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages like SQL- Python- or R to manipulate data

  • Project or work experience overseeing large disparate sets of data; familiarity with the engineering and maintenance of a dataset

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve data quality & integrity issues to ensure the highest level of insights- reporting & recommendations via anomaly detection and data mapping activities

  • Solid business acumen in the understanding of key business drags and drivers with the ability to analyze business performance and drive distinct forward-looking actions; includes strong presentation skills and the ability to interact with KHC external customers and internal partners

  • Effective cross-functional leadership skills; ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with different partners with varying technical and analytical expertise (e.g. programmers/engineers and Sales leaders) to achieve shared or agreed upon goals and results

  • Comfortable with project management and leading analytics initiatives across a variety of disciplines from end-to-end

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
