WHO YOU ARE

As the manager of our analytics team,

you are responsible for defining and executing the overall strategy for Wealth Management’s analytics capability.

You have strong business acumen and can consult with our business partners on how best to instill excellence in their data driven decision making.

As a thought leader in this space, you realize that effectively serving the needs of our business is less about taking orders and more about collaborating on the art of the possible.

You work hard to stay on top of fast changing technology and invest a lot of energy in learning new tricks for statistical modeling, statistical analysis, predictive and prescriptive analytics, analytic model development and management, mining, visualization, and other quantitative analysis techniques.

You are caught up on industry trends in prioritization frameworks, organizational models, delivery at scale, analytics technology solutions, and can also anticipate what the near future will bring.

You have a real passion for data driven decisions and extraordinary user experience.

Furthermore:

 You bring 10+ years of experience with building and managing analytic teams

 You have strong business acumen and analytical skills to address business problems including ability to prioritize based on the business outcomes

 You have strong SQL, Python, PowerBI skills, and strong problem solving, analytic, and quantitative abilities

 You have experience in regulated Financial services and wealth management industry including processes such as Model Risk Management

You have people management expertise, including recruiting, salary administration, performance measurement, goal setting/monitoring, etc.

 You are experienced in communicating the importance of analytics in collaboration with the business and can bridge the gap with technical communities

 You know how to design operating models, staffing models, business processes, KPIs, budget plans, and prioritization frameworks

 Execute analytics strategy and vision in partnership with CDO and executive leaders across the business

 Lead a team to execute on that vision, to improve the maturity of data driven decision making, and to bring actionable insights to our business
