We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. The successful candidate will be responsible for learning the ins and outs of our organization, from operations to customer service, and will be given the opportunity to shadow senior managers and gain valuable insight into the day-to-day operations of our business. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has strong problem-solving skills, and is able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate an understanding of the organization's mission and values.
• Retain the highest level of customer service.
• Develop a working knowledge of the company's products, services, and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and project planning sessions.
• Assist in developing and implementing new strategies and processes.
• Make the most delicious sandwiches on this side of the border.
• Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and tasks completed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
