Position Description

The Mammography Technologist will be responsible for operating mammography equipment to acquire or produce images to obtain a diagnosis in a safe and efficient manner. Ability to perform all types of mammography studies however, candidate will be considered and trained in advance skills if the right person. Works in areas requiring autonomy and indirect supervision.

Position Requirements

Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.

Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Certified in Mammography, meeting requirements to perform mammography as defined in the ACR/FDA/MQSA standards.

Experience: 2-3 years

License/Certification Requirements: Yes

Work Hours: Monday –Friday 8a.m.-5p.m.

Locations: Sandy Spring/Atlanta and Alpharetta

On-Call Requirements: None
