We’re immediately hiring for experienced apartment Make Ready/General Maintenance Tech.

If you have good remodeling experience, this is a great way to utilize your skills while being a part of a stable and consistent industry! The Make Ready Technician ensures that vacant units meet the established quality standards for releasing by performing technical and mechanical work. Must be experienced or have worked on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, preventative maintenance. Can multi-task and follow basic checklist

Make Ready Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Perform all make-ready duties including but not limited to: painting, vinyl tile, punch-out & sheetrock repair and trash-outs.
• Must have experience with installation of ceiling fans, wall sockets and minor plumbing.
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Must be familiar with plumbing , electrical, preventative maintenance. Eye for detail, deadline orientated, motivated

Make Ready qualifications:

• 6 months of onsite experience or general maintenance
• Valid I.D. required
• Have reliable transportation
• Own tools necessary to perform basic turns
• light maintenance and electrical experience
• painting and drywall experience
• appliance installation and repair
