Job description
Maintenance/Cleaning person to care for a condo association grounds on A1A in NSB. Wednesday through Sunday 7:45am to 3:45pm
Pay is $20/hr. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. W2 work.
Job duties include:
- 8am Open pool gates and setting up pool furniture daily. Make sure free of sand around deck.
- Sweep and mop lobby floors.
- Lifting 55-gallon trash bags into a bin and taken to the dumpster. Must be able to loft 50 pounds.
- Walk the grounds, making sure clean, free of trash and debris.
- Sweeping stairwells and breezeways daily.
- Blow off parking areas.
- Washing/squeegee all exterior and interior windows and doors.
- Fix maintenance issues: Minor plumbing, electrical, and other handyman work.
- Pressure washing all floors (8 levels) 2 days a month.
- Cleaning laundry room: soap trays, lint filters, dust and polish machines, sweep and mop floors.
- Cleaning women's and men's restrooms.
- Vacuum carpets in club room and wipe down furniture.
- Clean elevators: walls, floors and tracks, and polish with stainless streel.
- Handymen experience a plus!

- New Smyrna Beach, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
