Countryside Townhouses is a 439 unit Townhouse Community, located in Auburn Hill, MI. This community is located close to expressways, Oakland University, Shopping, and Resturants.
Our friendly and energetic Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing and fixing all issues with the facility, including fixing broken appliances and light bulbs, replacing fuses and cleaning. The ideal candidate is a positive, hard-working and detail-oriented individual who can work independently but can also work well in a team environment. This position requires a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a drug test, and a high school diploma or GED.
