Job description

The Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the operation maintenance service and repair of equipment as assigned. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned. He/she is also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs such as carpentry painting plumbing etc. May require driving shuttle van when needed (property specific). Keeping our hotel running smoothly is vital to our guest's experience – as Hotel Maintenance Technician you’ll keep everything looking sharp and running like clockwork. From simple repairs to forward-thinking for the next day. With naturally high standards to support our own, you’ll approach every task with devotion and pride. Serviced areas include guests' rooms, lobbies, hallways, elevators, bathrooms, fitness rooms, garages, stairwells, games rooms, hot tubs & pool, surrounding areas, building entrances/exits, etc. Tasks may include mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and painting work within rooms and common areas. It is the Hotel Maintenance Technician’s responsibility to carry out all entry level duties in a manner to contribute to the team’s overall effectiveness. The Hotel Maintenance Technician must be flexible with working schedule and be able to communicate effectively in person, digitally, or via radio in the English language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
