Job description

Maintenance Tech duties include but not limited to:

• Respond to and handle guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs and all hotel equipment, laundry, boiler, plumbing,
• PTAC, electrical, electronic room locks and guest rooms.
• Make rounds of the hotel property to ensure everything is in working order and secure.
• Clean and maintain all equipment and work areas.
• Complete maintenance requests and work close with the housekeeping department as support.
• Document all parts used and parts needed to be purchased.
• Maintain proper records of the Rooms Preventive Maintenance Program and Request Program.
• Complete work order request forms on a daily and timely basis.
• Requirements

• Friendly, professional, positive attitude
• Must be dependable and available to work any day of the week, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
