Job Details:

This position is a multi-craft maintenance position with a heavy focus on the Mechanical skill set that requires working in a hands-on industrial environment. The heat treat maintenance technician role carries a wide range of duties from mechanical to electrical on a small to large scale depending on need. The ideal candidate will be result-driven and work safely performing maintenance and repair operations necessary to keep plant, equipment, machinery, & tools in good operating condition.

TASKS

Maintain, repair, troubleshoot & upgrade equipment.

Perform Preventative Maintenance & record results.

Organize all maintenance supplies & inventory.

Keep work areas clean.

Oversee routine maintenance performed by operators.

Ability to troubleshoot electrical up to 480V.

Ability to read & understand schematics for troubleshooting issues.

Ability to respond to emergency breakdowns & phone calls on off hours.

Reading Mechanical & Electrical Blueprints

Electronics troubleshooting
