The Terraces at Metairie I & III has an immediate need for a Maintenance Technician!!!
Duties:
- Prepare units to move-in ready condition
- Performs various community maintenance functions
- Responds to resident service requests and issues
- Maintain activity log
- Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager
Requirements:
- Previous related experience
- Assist with on-call responsibilities
- HVAC certification is HIGHLY PREFERRED
