We have two mobile home communities in Alexandria that require a maintenance Tech to do the usual outside maintenance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to...
mowing, weed eating, picking up trash, delivering letters, repairing sewer back ups, water leaks and occasional rental repairs. There is a certain amount of "on call" expected for emergencies.
We offer paid vacations, paid holidays, health insurance and paid sick leave. Candidate must have reliable vehicle (preferably a truck) auto insurance, valid drivers license and the ablitiy to pass a drug test.
