Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team!

We are currently seeking an experience, skilled HVAC/ Maintenance Technician to handle all necessary repairs at The Ashford at Stone Ridge Apartments, a beautiful 240+ unit property in College Park, Georgia.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Respond to all maintenance service requests by tenants, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• Trouble-shoot, diagnose, and resolve issues
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Interact with tenants in a courteous and professional manner at all times
• Work with Punch Techs to prepare the vacant units for occupancy
• Assist the groundskeepers in maintaining the grounds in pristine condition
• Available for 24/7 emergency on-call service, on a rotating basis with the other technicians at the property

Job requirements:

• HVAC/ EPA certificationrequired
• A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience at a multi-family property required
• Must have own tools
• Must have reliable transportation
