Job description

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Performing highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and facility’s equipment

· · Plumbing -repair/replacement of faucets, toilets, washing machines unclogging drains

· · HVAC -replacing air filters and basic maintenance/repairs.

· 3 years of experience of high-pressure boiler system

· · Appliance repair: includes the repair, replacement of major household appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, range ovens, washers and dryers.

· · Electrical: includes the repair, replacement of power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights

• · Snow removal: includes shoveling snow away from covered walkways and driveways, and laying down rock salt atop icy surfaces to prevent slipping.
• Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs
• Diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing and making adjustments
• Performing regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
• Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned

· Customer service: includes professional, prompt and courteous correspondence with renters when scheduling and providing maintenance services, and with contracted vendors that provide additional facility services

· Time management: includes maintaining an organized scheduling and tracking system, usually on a computer, to effectively complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner and in the order by which they were received or by the level of urgency. Manage maintenance schedule for both occupied and vacant homes'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Brentwood, MD 20722: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
• boiler system: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• HVAC (Preferred)
