Your Responsibilities

• Daily servicing and maintenance of production equipment, providing support to technicians during breakdowns while following escalation process, realization of improvement proposals, support of new customer programs
• Provide guidance, motivation, development and coaching of the staff on a daily basis.
• Keeping track of time and attendance, monitor 5S in the maintenance area and giving timely feedback on performance and attendance
• Knowledge and realization of the relevant federal and state laws (OSHA/ safety requirements in the work area, environmental protection, training of the staff)
• Proposals for job related and organization related improvements and realization
• Short-term and mid-term capacity planning including weekend schedules and scheduling for projects
• Ensure that work orders are completed on time and of high quality including tracking and updating them in SAP-system
• Development and updating of preventive maintenance documents, task lists, spare parts lists, drawings, schematics
• Collecting, combining and presenting data for regular KPI reviews and tracking action items

Your Skills

• Technical knowledge and skills in electric, electronic, PLC (Siemens), CNC, ABB robots , mechanical engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics, measuring devices , servo drives and conveyor systems , BUS systems (Profibus, Profinet),
• Experience in highly automated production equipment
• Experience in TPM, KAIZEN, Poka Yoke, continuous improvement - EDP knowledge (SAP, MS-Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,539.00 - $80,000.00 per year
