The Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Superintendent will assist in maximizing and achieving effective maintenance performance through management and daily oversight of the execution of maintenance work.

  • Responsible for oversight of the front-line supervisors and ensuring execution of the daily work tasks as identified by the schedule.
  • Individual will work to improve execution efficiency, supervisor capability and optimize preventative maintenance.

The Requirements

To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. To be a good fit for the Maintenance Supervisor opportunity, you will have:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent refinery maintenance experience required.
  • 10+ years of maintenance or project management experience in industrial setting.
  • Must have good organizational skills and the ability to communicate well. Must be able to work effectively and professionally with others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience working with other scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience in using CMMS (SAP) preferred.

Pay Range:

$125,428 - $188,142 per year

Employees can enroll in our company’s 401k plan and are able to purchase company stock at discounted prices. Salaried employees are eligible for Unlimited Paid Time Off and have twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year.


Other Compensation:

Employee is eligible for an annual incentive program targeted as 15% of annual pay based upon both company financial performance and individual performance to goals.
