Maintenance Person
Job description
Apartment community located in West Bloomfield looking for an individual who is reliable, knowledgeable in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical, who can become of a really great existing maintenance team. We have a great group of tech's currently, but would like to add to the staff. If you have some skills, have a great attitude and are willing to learn, but need additional training, we can definitely work with you.
You will be turning vacant units and basic maintenance for our current residents.
This is a full time position with benefits.
Pay is based on your skill level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
