We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team and help maintain our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair work on the premises, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, the Maintenance Person should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Inspect and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment.
• Perform basic carpentry work.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergency calls for maintenance assistance.
• Perform basic maintenance records.
• Assist with resident transportation needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
