Growing billion dollar co in the Owensboro, KY area has a need for a Maintenance Manager. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package and relocation.
- Coaching and mentoring of direct reports to maintain a cohesive team focused on departmental,
- Provides technical expertise in resolving day-to-day complex equipment problems while assisting
- Establish concepts and perform observations and coaching to ensure that execution of planned
- Analyze maintenance schedules and execution of the work to minimize errors or delays
- Prepares daily/weekly assignments and administers discipline of direct reports as needed.
- Technically competent individual with expertise and experience in at least one maintenance craft
- Experience with mechanical and electrical systems is required, with knowledge about the

- Ability to build and sustain good working relationships and work effectively in a team
