We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Personager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. The Maintenance Personager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance staff, scheduling and overseeing repairs and renovations, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for safety and compliance with regulations.
• Schedule and coordinate repairs and renovations to buildings and equipment.
• Manage the purchase of parts, supplies, and materials for maintenance operations.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,322.00 - $71,833.00 per year
