Maintenance Manager
Job description
We are currently working on building the Avid Hotel in Millsboro and are looking for an extra hand for installing hardware, FF&E, keeping up with cleanliness, and supervision.
I will be providing bonuses depending on how helpful you prove to be and how much work you can get completed in a timely manner. Once hotel is open and running, you will also keep a full time position as Chief Engineer at hotel.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Millsboro, DE 19966: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
