Maintenance Helper
Pay: $22.71 an hour
Hours: 5am - 5pm (5-6 days a week)
Job Duties:
- Performs general maintenance on the building (including heating and cooling), equipment and machinery in a safe, efficient manner. start up and shut down equipment in accordance with OSHA and company standards. Maintain daily logs and update equipment and component records.
- Maintain lubrication schedules, promote and comply with good safety practices and habits, including but not limited to use of all PPE ensuring guards and safety features are working properly.
- Perform monthly facility related inspections, maintain facility fixtures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
