Job description
We're looking for a friendly and caring individual to help with general building maintenance. Responsibilities will include cleaning and vacuuming, minor pest control, snow shoveling and basic carpentry work. The right candidate will have the ability to manage stressful situations, be able to listen carefully, perform small tasks methodically, and is able to be flexible in their duties. Responsibilities:
- The ability to install sheet rock
- Light plumbing
- Electrical knowledge(i.e. changing out sockets, balast)
- Use hand tools, power tools, and computers.
- Maintain accurate work logs.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
