Shift Options: choose full-time or part-time hours

• full-time option is 5 days per week and will require travel between our Barron, Bloomer and Rice Lake locations (paid travel time and mileage reimbursement)
• part-time option is at the Bloomer location only; 2-3 days per week

You will be responsible for assisting the maintenance director with day-to-day tasks.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• basic minor plumbing - fixture replacement, drain snaking, leak repairs, etc.
• basic minor electric - fixture and device replacements, troubleshooting as needed
• painting
• complete preventive maintenance tasks
• grounds care
• record detailed maintenance logs
• maintain professional courteous manner with all residents and fellow employees
• comply with safety regulations
• maintain a clean and orderly work area
• ordering of supplies as necessary
• follow on call requirements

Required Qualifications:

• applicants must be 18+ years of age
• high school diploma or equivalent
• possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
