Health Care Facility Maintenance Assistant needed.

Bella Vista is a privately owned, 99 bed, skilled nursing facility, located in Lemon Grove, CA. We take pride in providing excellent care to our residents and maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean and safe manor for resident comfort and convenience.
• Ensure that necessary equipment and supplies are maintained and operable
• Landscaping upkeep
• Carry out duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain resident's rights of confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be fully vaccinated and boosted
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Skilled nursing facility experience a plus
• Able to communicate in a clear and effective manor
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Be able to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
