Essential Functions:

• Create PRs for main components that need to be refurbished /repaired and coordinate shipments of these parts with vendors, Inventory Control Specialist and Operations leads at sites.
• Create PRs for all new main components and coordinate shipments of these parts with vendors, Inventory Control Specialist and Operations leads at sites.
• Perform all inventory movements in SAP.
• Ability to support entire fleet across North America.
• Works with Ops Leadership and Procurement to review and propose MRP settings for main components.
• Maintain accurate equipment records.
• Attends all required meetings.
• Create new part numbers as needed.
• Master the Product Life Cycle Management process.
• The position will be remote.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keep accurate weights uploaded.
• Keep accurate OEM information uploaded.
• Provide report of the current inventory level and status of all open POs.
• Create Refurb Orders for serialized items that need to be refurbished /repaired and coordinate shipments of these parts with vendors and Inventory Control Specialist.
• Maintain an open line of communication with the site personnel to anticipate any future needs.
• Consistent communication with other department to resolve any issues. (Procurement, Large Correctives, Accounting, etc.)
• Create and review WI for main component and serialization processes
• Responsible for special inventory projects.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Work experience requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience performing orders and receipting goods in SAP MM or similar material maintenance systems. At least 2 years’ experience in Material Management in SAP MM or similar maintenance system.

Educational Requirements:

• High School degree. Associates or higher in business or technical preferred.
