Job description

We are looking for machine operators, trimmers, molders to join a great company in the area. We currently have openings on 1st, 2nd and weekend shifts!

These positions can interview and start ASAP!

Job duties include;

Operate work equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments used in plant operations

Maintain communication with team management to ensure that work will be completed on schedule and in compliance with established practices

Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members, contractors, and company objectives and be willing to work in any and all areas of the company as requested to maintain team assets

Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and surrounding work areas

Must be able to identify work priorities, meet deadlines, and function with little or no supervision

Will be required to assist in troubleshooting and repairing problems with possible heavy lifting and working in cramped quarters

Will be held accountable for assembly quality and consistency, and final quality of the finished product

Required to stand for extended periods of time and move about the facility

Exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes and orders

Qualifications;

High School diploma/GED

Strong commuication skills

Ability to read and interpret operating manuals and engineering standards

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

No experience is required company willing to train but experince is a PLUS!
