Machine Operator - Days and Nights

Description:
Bihler of America, Inc. is looking for Day and Night Machine Operators that will be responsible for the effective operation, maintenance, and quality of products produced on assigned production equipment.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Attention to Quality
• Keep machine running to a maximum throughout the shift producing quality parts
• Inspection sheet and Production sheets are understood and are filled out correctly, including comments on downtime/stoppages, and turned in at the end of each shift
• Cooperate and Communicate/notify Line Technicians or Department Manager of any problems on the machine, safety, or Quality of the parts being the priority
• Take direction from the Department Manager /Line Technician and help anytime machine is down or changeovers are taking place

Skills & Requirements:

• Positive attitude and a team player
• Good Communication Skills
• Dependable
• Able to work overtime

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to perform work in assembly plants
• Frequent standing, lifting, and walking

Specific Knowledge, Licenses, Certifications, Etc.:

• GED or High School Diploma a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $23.75 per hour
