- This position is responsible for the manufacturing of product, including but not limited to, filling and packaging machine operations.
- Production operators are accountable for the manufacturing of Coca-Cola products in accordance with product specifications and conformance to quality standards of the Company.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operates Filler/Packaging/Palletizing and all other product manufacturing equipment.
- Check for proper seals, filling or damaged product.
- Operate equipment through proper program controls.
- Rework product as necessary.
- Perform preventive maintenance measures and clear jams on machines as needed.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Comply with all Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Comply with all Coca-Cola Quality System procedures.
- Ability to understand, record, and communicate system problems and solutions.
- Demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance.
- Any other duties as assigned to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of products, processes and work environment.
- Requirements/Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast- paced, stressful environment with minimum supervision
- 1-year experience in a production position strongly preferred
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to squat and bend over at the waist.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in temperature extremes on a daily basis up to 12 hours.

- Work Environment
- This position will be performed at Coca-Cola Bottling of Hawaii’s Honolulu facility.

- Varying temperature levels as product may be located in a cooler or on the warehouse floor.
- Occasionally works in high, precarious places, and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, occasionally high due to multiple forklift horns or outside related environmental noises.
