Compensation: $25.59/hour + $1.20/hour night shift premium available + 1.5x pay on Sundays!

WHAT YOU GET TO DO AS A MACHINE OPERATOR IN CONVERTING:
- Assure that all jobs are run in accordance to all written specifications including manufacturing specs, customer specs, print specs, color folders, and standard operating procedures
- Prepare supplies for upcoming orders to expedite the changeover process
- Maintain line clearance, machine adjustments as needed and all daily /weekly cleaning
- Clear jams at both the cut-off knife and the cracker
- Perform periodic measurement checks
- Perform visual inspection of bags and wrap according to customer specifications
- Immediately notifies Co-workers, Leads, and Supervisors /Management of Quality concerns/issues
- Stop any operation that is not producing product to customer expectations or is in violation of approved quality and safety procedures.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Converting Manager, and/or Operations Manager.
- All other duties as assigned
SCHEDULE: Work a 2-2-3 schedule. Night shift (6p-6a)
Work just 3 or 4 days a week, every other weekend off, and shift schedules provided a whole calendar year in advance!
