The Position:

The M&A Manager is a full-time position who will play a key role in leading a very active business development team at Lumio Dental. The M&A Manager will be responsible for managing financial analysis and full due diligence on growth opportunities.

This position reports to the President of Lumio Dental and works in-person at the Company HQ in Jenks, OK.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• A minimum of 1-3 years of financial experience, ideally in corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience maintaining and building detailed financial models
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and own challenging tasks while maintaining a collaborative and positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial and competitive due diligence on potential opportunities
• Facilitate the negotiation, execution and closing of transactions
• Build and maintain quarterly growth progress reports and forecasted growth reports to use in board meetings, lender packets, and internal communication
• Work with company leadership to identify geographic areas for growth
• Complete research on general industry, market conditions and economic trends as needed.
