Position: LPN Behavioral Health

Location: 9601 Steilacoom Boulevard South West
Lakewood, WA 98498-7213

Shift Information: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 05:00)

Job Duration: 13 Weeks Contract Option to extend

Pay Rate- $47/h on W2

Duties:

• Auto Offer Job

2 years of behavioral health experience working with psych patients.
local candidates accepted.
Submit pending license. Temp license accepted

• We use Paper charting except for medication administration record
• Be comfortable with using Seclusion and restraint as a last resort

Floating: Staff may be asked to float to the units below
Forensic Services Unit (FSU) - FSU is a 95-bed inpatient unit for patients who enter the forensic (legal) unit in the hospital
Geropsychiatric Unit (GPU) - GPU is a 101-bed unit that provides inpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment
Adult Psychiatric Unit (APU) - APU is a 91-bed unit that provides inpatient hospitalization for adults 18 to 50 years old

• Working every other weekend.
• Overtime available
• Must have at least 1 reference
• Facility will accept a temp WA state license until their perm WA license issues
