LVN Facility Wide (Med Surg, Clinic, Long Term Care) Full Time and PRN

Sign on Bonus $10,000 for Full Time position in Specific Areas with a one year commitment

Summary: The LVN is responsible and accountable for providing patient care and services for assigned patients utilizing the nursing process under the direct supervision of the RN or Charge Nurse who is directed by the attending physician.

We offer a good benefit package and you start to accrue sick and vacation time, day one if full time. Accrue 96.2 hours sick and 80.6 hours vacation that roll over to the next year if not used.

Qualifications:

1. Licensed and currently registered as a Vocational Nurse in the state of Texas or possesses a compact license practice vocational nursing in Texas.
2. Meets criteria during hospital, RehabLiving or Assisted Living orientation periods.
3. Require current CPR or within 30 days of hire and must maintain without lapse.
4. Must have PALS within one year of employment and must maintain without lapse.
5. Must have basic EKG and/or arrhythmia course within six months of employment.
6. Must have IV course within one year of employment.

Pay: $17.00 - $29.00 per hour
