Located in the heart of Buckhead, is Gypsy Kitchen, where each night boasts a lively dining experience with a team that devotes itself to providing top-notch service to its guests. - Monitor the opening dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables, estimating wait times for guests, monitoring the guest wait list, and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting.
- Answer the telephone and book reservations or answer inquiries.
- Assist with floor planning maneuvering to accommodate large parties
- Ensure that all guests entering and leaving the restaurant are addressed with a greeting or farewell.
- Escalate guest concerns that are brought to your attention to the manager.
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work the hours dictated by the business and schedule set in place by the Manager; Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
