We have cases in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx
Job Description includes but is not limited to:
- Shift work available at Assisted Living Facilities within Manhattan
- Performing initial and ongoing assessments with clients needing personal care
- Coordinate and review client care plans for personal care
- Assist with assessment of in-home attendants offering personal care
- Minimum of two years of experience with a licensed home care agency - preferably in New York
- Current New York State Professional Nurse License
- Current physical
- Clear background check
- Two professional references
- You must be eligible to work in the USA
