Essential:
- Associates Degree
- Certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- BLS certification required within 30 days of starting this role.
- Previous physician office experience preferred.
- Pennsylvania state police criminal record check, child abuse history clearance and an FBI criminal history check required.
