Examples of Nurse Growth -
- Kristy Bennett joined Brookdale Rosehill as a Clinical Nurse Manager. Kristy has overseen LTC, Rehab and Wound Care. She has been promoted to AL DON and will start her new adventure the beginning of April!
- Elizabeth Bender started her health-care career at Brookdale as a CNA and went on to become an LPN. She quickly advanced as a Health and Wellness Coordinator (ADON) and she is now our Assisted Living Health and Wellness Director (DON) at Brookdale Overland Park!
- Olivia Rodriguez started at Brookdale in Social Services, missed caring for residents, so she went back to the floor as a Charge Nurse. With dedication and compassion, she is now our Clare Bridge Health and Wellness Director (DON) at Overland Park!

- Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
- Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans.
- Nurses also administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
- LPN or LVN License Required per state regulations.
